Great Salt Lake Low Level Dark blue wool needle- and wet-felted in the shape of the Great Salt Lake at its lowest level. A line of embroidery denotes where the rail line crosses the lake and divides the water into two separate colors and parts. The colors match the thread used in the artist book by the same artist and there is a small embroidered image of the historic high level of the lake on what would be the Southern half of the needle felted lake.

Chair No. 2 A two-tiered seat upholstered in cream-colored boucle is supported by smooth, organically shaped, maple legs. The smaller bean-shaped seat is supported above the larger by rooting wood members that push down the upholstery upon connection. The larger bottom seat is bisected into two lobe shapes, creating a crotch in the middle of the seat, and emphasizing the bilateral symmetry of the chair. The chair legs are intricately carved, arching to form both the back leg and front leg in one piece. Maple supports are reminiscent of everglades or animal bones; pale, smooth, with iridescent highlights. The maple supports are complimented by the creamy, knobby upholstery.

c-x A small concrete base sits on the floor with two vertical metal rods protruding out of it. Each rod connects to a smaller rod that supports plaster-casted hands. These hands are resting upon a small rotating platform coated in sandpaper. The friction between the sandpaper and the hands causes the hands to slowly erode.
