Photograph of a street scene at Silver Reef, Utah around 1885. The young man in short sleeves, vest, without hat, standing beneath edge of porch near left end of brick building is Mark A. Pendleton. The older man at center of porch, hatless, with white jacket appears to be James N. Louder, Postmaster. Buildings are Louder's store and post office on right and Elk Horn Saloon on left. Site of these buildings was across the street (east) of the Wells Fargo building.

Unidentified home in Clarion. The Jewish Agricultural and Colonial Association of Philidelphia purchsed six thousand acres from the Utah State Land Board in 1911 that included Clarion. Crop failures caused most settlers to leave by 1917.

Lieberman home and the well which served the whole Clarion colony. Lieberman was one of the colonists who remained at Clarion after the breakup of the colony. The Jewish Agricultural and Colonial Association of Philidelphia purchsed six thousand acres from the Utah State Land Board in 1911 that included Clarion.
