Cincinnati Branch Conference, 1843 Elijah Able speaks at LDS Cincinnati Branch Conference with Apostles Orson Pratt, Heber C. Kimball, and John E. Page present. Page instructs Able to limit his preaching to African Americans. Joseph T. Ball is present at the conference but no mention is made of his race or the need to similarly limit his preaching to African Americans.
