Ski Archive Newsletters
The Utah Ski Archive, which was started in 1989 with funding from the Quinney Foundation, published the Utah Ski Archive newsletter to serve as a bi-annual report on the progress being made by the archive. Newsletters featured stories about prominent skiers, recognized award winners, and updated the ski community on important ski news-such as the construction of the Alf Engen Ski Museum or the 2002 Olympic games. The Utah Ski Archive newsletter offers a snapshot of the ski community from the early 1990s through 2011, and is available in the digital library as well as in Special Collections. Today, the newly named Ski & Snow Sports Archives newsletter is published annually prior to the Ski Affair each October.
